Isis Audio Visuals Limited have extensive experience installing and servicing audio visual equipment for corporate clients, as well as providing event services for AGM's, product launches and other corporate events. Isis Audio Visuals supply, program and install a range of control systems, including AMX, Extron & Savant. These cater for the whole range of requirements within a corporate environment, from basic push-button panels up to flagship boardroom installs with touchscreen or iPad front-end. Control all aspects of your boardroom from one panel, to select source, output device, audio level, electric blinds or curtains and lighting levels.
Whether for a reception area, showroom or distributed displays throughout your organisation, we have a range of digital signage solutions to offer. Depending on budget and your application, Onelan NTB systems may suit, and this is our flagship digital signage product, with very sophisticated capabilities. Particularly suited to larger organisations, where a heirarchical network of players and signage screens can be implimented. Other systems available include the very intuitive SEDAO digital signage system.
AV Installation: Meeting Rooms, Conference Rooms & Video Conferencing
A basic installation may involve ceiling mounting a projector, or wall mounting a flatscreen display, and then cabling to wall or floor plate connection points. For a small meeting room, this may be all that you need. Larger rooms may benefit from some of the following options:
- Interactive Whiteboards or Flatscreens (SmartBoard, CleverTouch, etcetera)
- Video Conferencing & Telepresence Systems
- Control interfaces
- Rail Systems
- PA systems, hearing induction loops & wireless microphones

Video Walls & Christie Micro-Tiles
Whether you require a large video wall or an array of Micro-Tiles, we can cater for a variety of options. Micro-Tiles are especially popular in the Atrium of larger corporate buildings, where something unusual and memorable is required to create a positive first impression. These can be set up like a conventional video wall, or can be in unusual shapes, layouts or can be separate.
Isis AV can provide AV Maintenance Contracts on sites where we have installed equipment, or where this has been carried out by a third party. If we have not supplied / installed the equipment, please email full details of the equipment you need cover for. This is normally sent as an equipment list for each room / area, along with photographs and location details of the site(s) to be covered. Once we have evaluated this information, we can then contact you by phone or videoconference meeting, with the next stage being a site survey.
Health & Safety
A key concern with any installation work, is that this is all carried out with due care for health and safety issues. We are therefore happy to provide RAM's (Risk Assessment & Method Statements) for all installation work on request. We have a team of employment lawyers and health & safety advisors on retainer, and consult regularly to ensure that our practices, paperwork and insurance cover are up to date. We have increased our PLI cover to £5 million to cover some of the projects that we have been asked to assist with.
It would be appreciated if you can advise on your company's requirements for health & safety documentation and PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) prior to site visits. Power tools are all PAT tested according to current regulations.
We hire out equipment and provide full AV event services for corporate events such as Annual General Meetings & Product Launches. While we are accredited Radvision suppliers, with demonstration stock of this range, we are happy to work with other brands, such as Polycom, Sony, Cisco (Tandberg), Radvision (now branded as Avaya). PA Systems & Audio Conferencing
Zonal PA systems are available for announcement or evacuation purposes. Where audio quality needs to be kept at a very high quality of audio or video conferencing, we can supply and configure DSP products to handle complex echo cancellation and EQ (equalisation) of the signal. Telephony links can be set up using analog lines or more commonly now, using VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol).
